The Guiting Festival features classical music and jazz and for 38 years has been a highspot of the calendar in the beautiful Cotswold village of Guiting Power, near Stow-on-the-Wold. Past festivals have featured such outstanding musicians as Joanna MacGregor, who is now festival president, Natalie Clein, Claire Martin, Lucie Skeaping, Carnival Band, Leonid Gorokhov and Colin Stone, The Belcea Quartet, Elizaveta Kopelman, Peter & Zoltan Katona, The Sorrell Quartet, Jacqueline Dankworth, Najma Akhtar, Gwyneth Herbert and R&B king Georgie Fame.
